Another Great Day at GLM
Another interesting day at the Great Legal Marketing Jump Start Seminar. I met many interesting people, made some new contacts, and even some potential new business. The best comment of the day I received had nothing to do with photography. I very nice woman approached me and said that I must be Ben's oldest child as I was the spitting image of him. I laughed and thanked her as Ben walked by and said "hey Dad....your doing a great job."

Great Legal Marketing With Ben Glass
Today I attended the first of three days with the fine folks at Great Legal Marketing hosted by none other then my brother Ben Glass. I was hired to take some stock photos for web use and other publications. As I sat and listened to one great idea after another, mostly geared towards bringing in new business over the web, I came up with an idea of my own; this slide show produced through Animoto. Its a great lead in to what ever subject your promoting and finishes with a hot link to the URL of your choosing. Additionally, it is uploadable to your iPhone, YouTube, FaceBook, your blog, and many other web based medias. And finally, you can download a high resolution copy to your computer or DVD for your customer.
Making the slideshow is fairly easy for anyone that knows their way around a computer, however, getting good images is what really makes the show and you really have to know your photography....
....or hire someone who does ;)
Enjoy.

Girl Scout Father Daughter Dance
Last Sunday I did a shoot for my friends in Girl Scouts of America. Some of you may know that I've been a registered leader with Boy Scouts for many years. I'm a huge supporter of the program. The theme for the father daughter dance was cowgirl. I took this shot of this lovely young lady with my 50mm, although I chose to use flash this time for more clarity. It has been enhanced with Photoshop CS3.
